Road supervisor

**You must be flexible** for all shifts days, afternoon and nights /24 hours.

**Full G drivers licence, clean drivers abstract** is a must to drive company vehicle.

Office is based in the Hamilton area. Must be a licensed Security Guard with a valid first aid certificate.

**Duties**:
**Regular site visits to ensure compliance and provide training if needed**

**Respond to all calls for service and security related incidents from company cell phone**

**Back fill book offs as required**

**For new sites, first shift on duty and client contact**

**Assist in standing orders and understand each site**

**Deliver appropriate paper work, uniform to guards.**

**Responsible for ensuring that all guards are properly uniformed and following company procedures.**

**Ability to motivate, coach and mentor the guards, Do they need anything? Listen to them.**

Your security and customer focused experience will allow you to transition into this post with ease. How you present yourself and represent yourself to GSS, the client, their employees, contractors, customers, and visitors is paramount to this position.

**Deal with Potential Health and Safety Issues**

**Customer Service and Promotion of the client**

**Must be a good communicator and decision maker. Being able to multi-task, present a positive attitude, sometimes work alone and also in a team atmosphere are strengths that you have already developed with your work experience.**

Your ability to read, write, report and think critically, while on "your feet", will serve you well and allow you to succeed. Your attention to detail is how you show professional maturity. Must have level of customer service knowledge.

**Salary**: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

- Customer service: 4 years (required)
- Supervising: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
