We are a manufacturing company looking for Junior-level Technical Support Specialist who would like to continue building his/her carrier in a relaxed but productive atmosphere.

You need to be self-motivated, able to work in a professional but fun manner, prioritize tasks, problem solve, and work independently as well as with a team, in both a slow and fast paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated, ambitious and a dedicated team player
- Solid problem analysis and resolution skills and strong organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems and MS Office 365 Suite
- Excellent technical knowledge in the areas of networking, file and print servers, as well as MS Exchange
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with computer networks, hardware and software configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
- Outstanding customer service and experience in first line technical support
- Excellent communication (oral and written), as well as interpersonal skills
- Service awareness of all organizations key IT services for which support is being provided
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and other professional codes of conduct
- In-depth knowledge of a wide range of software and hardware products
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must submit for a criminal record check and enhanced security clearance

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot device issues including desktops, laptops, printers, cellphones and alarm systems
- Manage user accounts and configure hardware for new personnel
- Monitor alerts and notifications from software and servers
- Assist Clients with connectivity issues - ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN
- Assist Entry-level IT staff with issues that have been escalated
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
- Support and configure mobile phone devices for staff
- Keep peers and manager informed of trends, significant problems, unexpected delays
- Prioritize and solve issues in a timely fashion, escalating when necessary
