We are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive **Special Projects Sales Manager **to join our team in Burnaby. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for someone eager to drive growth and play a key role in our company's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead sales efforts for special projects within the realms of Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration.
- Forge and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to broaden our market footprint.
- Leverage deep industry insights and technical advancements to propose comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure client requirements are fully met.
- Design and present compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Perform market analysis to uncover new opportunities and devise competitive strategies.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports for the senior management team.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Plumbing, HVAC, or Refrigeration sectors.
- A valid Trade Qualification (TQ) in a related field.
- Demonstrated sales expertise with a solid history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging with clients and team members.
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence (D/L); a company vehicle will be provided.
- Able to independently manage priorities in a dynamic setting.

**What We Offer**:

- A competitive salary within the **$70,000 to $90,000 **CAD range, based on experience.
