**Responsabilités**:

- Travailler avec les ressources régionales afin de comprendre les besoins et le calendrier des exigences régionales en matière de talents pour les postes de pharmacien propriétaire, de pharmacien, d’assistant technique en pharmacie, de gérant du magasin, de gérant adjoint et de gérant des cosmétiques.
- Communiquer les attentes et élaborer des plans de formation personnalisés.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gérants de district pour choisir les magasins de formation, les coachs et le placement final des diplômés du programme.
- Maintenir et évaluer la main-d’œuvre et le plan de relève (le bassin) pour diriger la gestion des talents des postes pour lesquels nous recrutons.
- Assurer la liaison avec les collègues de l’équipe des spécialistes, Acquisition de talents et des RH pour s’aligner sur les stratégies nationales et communiquer les meilleurs processus.
- Assurer la liaison avec l’administrateur, Formation et développement et l’équipe de formation et développement, au besoin.
- Voyager dans toute la province ou à l’échelle nationale, au besoin.
- Entreprendre toute autre tâche ou responsabilité demandée.

**Exigences du poste**:

- Compréhension éprouvée de l’environnement du secteur de la vente au détail
- Expérience dans le commerce de détail en pharmacie, un atout
- Solides compétences d’organisation, de collaboration et d’analyse
- Axé sur les résultats avec un sens aigu de l’urgence et la capacité de travailler de façon autonome
- Excellentes compétences en leadership
- Capacité de communiquer avec les employés et le personnel de direction de tous les échelons au sujet des questions de recrutement de manière professionnelle et confidentielle
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite et les présentations
- Maîtrise des logiciels MS Word, Excel et PowerPoint
- Capacité à s’exprimer en français et en anglais requise (bilingue)

**Expérience**:

- 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la gestion et du développement des talents (p. ex., formation, gestion du talent, partenariat des RH, etc.).
- Connaissance approfondie des processus de gestion de la performance, de l’apprentissage et de gestion du talent, y compris une expérience avec les systèmes automatisés pour soutenir ces processus.
- Résultats avérés dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie des RH à l’aide de tactiques et de solutions pratiques pour traduire les stratégies en action.
- Vous êtes en mesure d’établir des relations solides et collaboratives avec les partenaires des RH afin de fournir des solutions de gestion du talent à l’entreprise.
- D’excellentes compétences en établissement de relations et en collaboration permettront à cette personne de travailler de façon optimale au-delà des frontières géographiques et des unités d’affaires.
- Expérience avec Workday (SIRH) et First Advantage (HMS), un atout.

**Formation**:
Diplôme d’études postsecondaires équivalent à un diplôme universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe. Titre de conseiller en ressources humaines agréé (CRHA), un atout.
