**Job Title**

Summer 2023- Insurance - Process Excellence Analyst, Co-op

**Please note**: This posting is for an 8-month Student Summer 2023 placement with a start date of May 2023, and end-date of December 2023. In order to be eligible for this 8-month Student position, you must either:

- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of December 2023; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2023), you must require the work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

**What is the opportunity?**

Within RBC Life Insurance Company, the Process Excellence Analyst, Co-op will provide administrative support, centered on the LSS (Lean Six Sigma) center of excellence, supported by development opportunities within a growing industry.

**What will you do?**
- Gain experience to obtain lean six sigma belt levels and certifications
- Create training material for educational purposes
- Edit/Review material
- Create presentations
- Learn and enable the LSS practice and capabilities

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Proactive learning and initiation
- Good communication and people skills
- Results oriented
- Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies

**Nice-to-have**
- Bilingualism (English/French) is a definite asset
