**Receptionist**:
**As the Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Answering and directing phone inquiries
- Greeting clients, suppliers and visitors to the office
- Sorting incoming mail, faxes and courier deliveries for distribution
- Purchasing and receiving office supplies
- Filing and pulling reports
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Formatting, proofreading, and coordinating the development of documents and correspondence
- Assisting with customer payments collection
- Assisting with vendor and customer reference checks
- Data Entry
- Assisting with the setup and organization of job kick-offs
- Light cleaning and tidying of boardroom and classroom after meetings
- Assisting other staff members in various tasks
- ** Ability to work 7:30am - 4pm**
- 3+ years in a reception / office administration role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, etc)
- High school diploma or post-secondary education
- Previous experience using ERP software an asset but not required
- It is mandatory that this role take part in a criminal record check and controlled goods screen
