Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for new guests
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with a team
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food preparation and safety practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional guest services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$19.02 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
