**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including scheduling orientations and preparing necessary documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as ADP, Oracle, or Ceridian.
- Support change management initiatives by communicating updates and assisting employees through transitions.
- Conduct data entry tasks to keep employee information up-to-date in systems like Dayforce or Kronos.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and programs, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as Kronos, iCIMS, Oracle, ADP, Ceridian, Dayforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with change management processes is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $36,117.89-$50,078.25 per year
