Gérant(e) de magasin
Tâches:
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du magasin, y compris les ventes, le service à la clientèle et la gestion des inventaires.
- Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
- Gérer et motiver une équipe de conseillers.
- Des tâches en comptabilité seront nécessaires avec le temps.
- Créer et exécuter des stratégies pour stimuler les ventes et augmenter la satisfaction des clients.
- Maintenir un environnement de magasin propre et organisé et assumer tous les aspects des tâches de vente au détail.
- Traiter les demandes, réclamations et retours des clients de manière professionnelle.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour développer et mettre en œuvre des campagnes promotionnelles efficaces y compris sur les réseaux sociaux.
Compétences:
- Développement de la formation : Capacité à concevoir et à dispenser des programmes de formation pour améliorer les compétences et les connaissances des employés.
- Connaissance des oiseaux sauvages et intérêt pour la faune sauvage, un fort atout.
- Bilingue : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais obligatoire.
- Ventes : expérience avérée dans la conduite des ventes et l'atteinte des objectifs.
- Communication : Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite pour interagir avec les clients, les employés et les fournisseurs.
- Systèmes POS (point de vente) : Expérience de l'utilisation des systèmes POS pour le traitement des transactions et la gestion des inventaires.
- Gestion de magasin : Connaissance des opérations du magasin, y compris la gestion des inventaires, le marchandisage et le service client.
- Ventes au détail : Compréhension des tendances du secteur de la vente au détail et des meilleures pratiques pour maximiser les opportunités de vente.
- Négociation : Compétence dans la négociation avec les fournisseurs pour obtenir des conditions et des prix avantageux.
- Marketing : Connaissance des stratégies marketing et des réseaux sociaux pour promouvoir les produits et attirer les clients.

Store Manager
**Duties**:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates.
- Some accounting will be required with time.
- Create and execute strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment and filling in with all aspects of the retail duties.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
**Skills**:
- Training development: Ability to design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Knowledge of wild birds and an interest in wildlife a strong asset.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in French and English a must.
- Sales: Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- POS (Point of Sale) Systems: Experience using POS systems for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Store Management: Knowledge of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Retail Sales: Understanding of retail industry trends and best practices for maximizing sales opportunities.
- Negotiation: Skill in negotiating with suppliers for favorable terms and pricing.
- Marketing: Knowledge of marketing strategies and social networks to promote products and attract customers.
