Our revolutionary product line includes louvered & retractable pergolas, sliding shutters, external shading screens, structural shading louvers, facade cladding, umbrellas, heaters, and more.

As an Estimator you will be mainly responsible for building estimates from architectural drawings for new and upcoming projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable to entire estimate work cycle from receipt of bid package to the submission of quote letter.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to determine project scope.
- Prepare accurate and detailed ‘Material Take-Offs’ to request material pricing.
- Participate in pre submission bid reviews with Senior Management.
- Interact with vendors, suppliers, and clients regarding projects on pricing and project scope.
- Prepare and submit attractive, accurate and competitive bid packages with detailed bid price tender proposal letters.
- Work with the Design team on preliminary project design.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge/experience with AutoCAD
- Background in construction or architectural technology
- Aptitude in math, keen attention to detail and highly organized.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
- Must be able to read architectural and structural drawings and specifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on deadlines and other requirements.

Other:

- Working hours: 9:00 to 5:00pm
- Familiarity with pergola retractable roof systems, façade cladding and external shading is an asset.
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure
- Must have good attention to detail and be able to meet tight deadlines
- Salary: TBD - Based on previous experience
