**Become a Cloud Operations Analyst** **with MPAC**

**You have**:

- A completed or in progress Diploma or Degree in a related field
- 3+ years of IT experience
- Intermediate Cloud Certification
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of cloud technologies
- Ability to manage competing priorities and to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and good attention to detail and judgement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Perform duties off hours and on an on-call basis as required

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience supporting a Cloud native environment
- Certification in AWS
- Knowledge and experience with scripting and CI/CD pipelines

**What you will do**:

- Support Cloud Operations with incident response including investigating alerts and participating in issues resolution
- Support the Cloud Operations team with the technical setup of Cloud resources and with the development of scripting to automate everyday tasks
- Provide support in times of coverage to set up CI/CD deployment pipeline, monitoring, configurations management and incident response and deploy workloads using Cloud native tools and technologies
- Maintain the patch management process and provide technical support to the agile development teams
- Utilize existing documentation and frameworks to assist with general Cloud Governance
- Keep up-to-date with trends and upcoming technological advancements
