Solar Installer

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install solar panels, inverters, and associated equipment on rooftops or ground-mounted systems.
- Operate bucket trucks for elevated installations and maintenance tasks.
- Utilize heavy equipment such as backhoes for site preparation and digging.
- Conduct electrical work related to low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Perform mechanical assembly and welding tasks as needed during installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in solar installation or related fields is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools effectively.
- Experience with bucket operation and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to solar installation are a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
