**Purpose**:
The Snow Removal Machine Operator is responsible for performing a variety of work tasks in order to assist with the completion of snow removal. Will be required to operate skid steer machine and perform proper pre-shift inspections of the machine to carry out snow removal of a specific route.

- Snow removal with machine equipment, and hand shovels
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required at the shop as required
- Operate various tools including: shovels, hammers, drills, etc.

**Minimum Qualifications and Educational Requirements**:

- 2 years experience of machine operation is an asset
- Pay will be determined based on level of experience. Range for hourly wage is $18-$24.
- Strong knowledge of Landscaping management, maintenance, and design..

**Work Conditions**:

- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work a variety of shifts in all weather with early morning starts
- Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
- Varied working hours; could include weekend work, holidays, long hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 10-44 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
