Thunder Bay, Canada Super Green Lawn Care Full time

This is your opportunity to become part of the Super Green Team We are an established professional landscaping and snow removal company in Thunder Bay. We are looking for snow plow truck operators this winter. Career opportunity and year-round work available

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate snow plow equipment to clear driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Remove snow and ice from surfaces using snow plows, snow blowers, and shovels
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow and ice events
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal
- Consistently provide quality service to meet clients' needs and expectations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools used in snow removal operations is preferred
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is valued

Note: Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of Super Green Lawn Care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thunder Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- snow removal: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
