**What to expect**

Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, the Technical Delivery Manager will be ensuring the security, compliance, and integrity of Verto’s core services.

**Responsibilities**
- Technical Project Management
- Client Privacy and Security Management
- Ensure client privacy and security requirements are satisfied in the solution deployment
- Responsible for coordinating requirements and review of controls between clients and the security team
- Team Workload Management and Planning
- Responsible for identifying the technical resources required on projects and unblocking resourcing issues
- Identify and escalate technical resourcing conflicts proactively
- Risk Management & Corporate Policy Alignment
- Coordinate and manage expectations with client technical teams on integrations
- Accountable for managing technical risks on projects and operationalization of the solution
- Ensure risks are communicated and escalated to appropriate stakeholders and levels of management to mitigate
- Client Architecture and Solution Design
- Data Architecture and Integrations
- Responsible for documentation and communication of data and integrations architecture between stakeholders
- Cloud Deployment Architecture
- Coordinate and engage solution architects to ensure alignment between key stakeholders on solution design
- Client Support and Success
- Tier 3 Issue Management and Resolution
- Document and train other support staff and help standardize debugging tools for integration issues for tier 1 and 2
- Matrix Account Management (Customer Success & Sales)
- Responsible for managing the relationship between interoperability providers and clients
- Coordinate with clients to understand specific integration and technical use cases/complexity to inform process improvement and optimization of client experience
- Technical Individual Contribution (Nice to have)
- Architecture Modelling and Cloud Setup
- Understand cloud architecture and build solutions based on project requirements
- Data Integration Design and Setup
- Responsible for understanding client requirements, our data model and product endpoints to design integrations between systems
- Maintain API/integration documentation to be more user friendly during client implementations
- Act as integrations specialist on projects to be responsible for design and implementation of integrations between clients and Verto
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Setup
- Help design and implement client solutions and integrations with our SIEM solution
- Cloud Networking Setup
- Understand cloud networking architecture and controls to incorporate in the solution design documentation and ensure completeness

**Qualifications, knowledge and experience**
- Master’s degree in business administration and professional experience
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience working with complex projects/programs in delivering a technology solution to an external client
- Experience in working with data sharing standards and data transfer protocols such as HL7v2, HL7 FHIR, REST, SOAP/XML, SFTP
- 1+ years of experience with operations work including:

- Scripting Languages (e.g. Python, Ruby, Pearl, Bash, or alternatives)
- Data Transfer: REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, SFTP, HL7 v2, HL7 FHIR
- Networking basics (e.g. HTTP, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, etc.)

**Relevant skills**
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Able to manage and delegate project tasks cross-functionally and communicate risks with solutions
- Organized and able to delegate and train teams on new integrations and operationalize
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills
- AbHands-on experience with the following:

- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Virtual Machine administration: Linux, Docker, containerization, Kubernetes basics
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change Management principles
- Experience managing and administration of cloud and on-premise solutions in a production environment
- Experience using monitoring tools to ensure your solutions are functioning correctly (Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or alternatives)
