**Details**:
EXCEL Group Leader, after school program. Monday - Friday 1:55 PM - 6:00 PM, plus staff meetings each week. Approximately 21.40 hours/week. Rate of pay is $18.28 per hour.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of one year's experience in the child care field
- Knowledge of recreational programming
- Must possess strong communication skills
- Have ability to work as part of a team
- High School Completion Certificate or equivalent

**Assets**:

- Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR Certification is considered an asset

Rate of pay is $18.28 per hour plus vacation pay.

**Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge**

**Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc.**
