We are hiring a Technical Support Lead, IT

**What you will do**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in providing Tier 3 technical support, onsite and remotely.
- Implement Business Objectives in Azure, Intune, Office 365, and Active Directory in an environment with Conditional access using Multi-factor Authentication with Microsoft.
- Ability to work independently and as a team to implement Business Objectives.
- Research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues with Microsoft Teams, Intune, VMWare, Endpoint Devices, and Microsoft products such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and others.
- Adaptability to be able to learn, deploy and support new products/services.
- Deploy VMWare Desktops using vSphere and Horizon.
- Experienced in Active Directory - create and manage user and device accounts, Group Policies, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Log, effectively track, and close IT tickets in alignment with the SLA through Manage Engine Service Desk Plus.
- Required Skills: Windows, IOS, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and VMWare Desktops.

**The Requirements Needed**:

- Active Directory: 3 years (required)
- Windows Troubleshooting: 3-5 years (required)
- Intune, Azure, VMWare: 1 year (preferred)
