Sonata Design is seeking a talented and experienced Videographer/Media Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality video content that elevates our brand and resonates with our target audience. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of videographers and other media specialists, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms (social media, website, marketing campaigns)
- Develop creative storyboards and treatments that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with designers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure video content meets overall project goals
- Manage and delegate tasks to a team of videographers and media specialists
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest video production trends and technologies
- Oversee all aspects of video production workflow, from pre-production to post-production

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a videographer or in a related field
- Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging video content
- Strong understanding of video production principles, including cinematography, lighting, and sound
- Experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- A passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail

**Reporting Structure**
- Will report to our current Marketing Manager
