**MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES**:
**Procurement and forecasting**: Manage all forecasting for wetlines, devices and lasers this includes creating Purchase Orders, managing the weekly forecast, re-balance of inventories product/inventory and services from purchase through delivery. Preparing and presenting monthly reconciliation reports collaboratively working with third party logistics (“3PL’s”) and internal managers.

**Functional execution of plans of action**: Develop and implement procedures related to purchasing and forecasting with a goal to maximize efficiency and optimize workflow, cost control.

**Effective audit operations**: Support center operational audits and compliance reviews with accurate reporting, administrative duties and analytics. Support the in-center inventory process through assessment of standard operating procedures and optimization of the ordering and housing/display process in centers by creating and utilizing standardized reports. Assist with factory Support, factory pricing adjustments and filling wig orders, along with additional production projects

**Facilities, Inventory and Technology (FIT)**: Create, execute and supervise the in-center inventory process through creation and training of standard operating procedures and optimization of the ordering and housing/display process in centers and by creating and utilizing standardized reports for inventory on hand by category. Train center staff on proper utilization of ordering processes and budgets and on product (retail/wet lines) lifecycles process by ensuring centers follow the correct positioning of the product using first in first out (“FIFO”) procedures and correct processing of expired/damaged product. Increase company profit and control costs through all product inventory management and achieving company goal of 75 days on-hand

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 4-year degree or equal experience

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Office/Salon environment
- Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading
- Sitting stationary for long periods of time
- Keyboarding: entering text and/or data into a computer
- Requires working with computer systems
- May require light lifting
