The Opportunity.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A technical degree in either computer/engineering sciences
- Three (3) + years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution in a law firm context or in a corporate (in-house) IP group
- Class 1 license with CPATA in good standing
- This role is English essential, but French language skills would be an asset
