Yucwmenlúcwu is a growing natural resource management company under the Splatsin Development Corporation, which is located in Enderby, BC. We provide a diverse range of environmental, archaeology, and forestry services to our many partners and clients, as well as technical support to the Splatsin Community. **Summary of Duties**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Recognize and understand the importance of project goals, timelines, client expectations and deliverables.
- Assist to ensure Company and client safety standards and processes are maintained throughout project implementation.
- Assist to coordinate and implement project workplans in collaboration with project managers and project support team members.
- Work alongside field personnel and assist in implementing fish and wildlife projects.
- Maintain frequent and clear communications with the Environment Manager and other Environment Department project managers.
- Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for community communications.
- Assist with data entry, analysis/data summary and project reporting.
- Assist with project proposals and work plan developments.
- Assist with equipment inventory and maintenance schedules.
- Participate in training sessions, staff, and project meetings.
- Assist with mentoring and training staff and Splatsin community members.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Environment or Biological Sciences-related program
- Previous experience managing logistics and resources and participating in fish and/or wildlife projects.
- Advanced ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and experience with MS office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
