**what you’ll be doing**
- offer a welcoming environment that will cultivate long lasting & meaningful relationships with our guests & community
- build a strong guest database that results in long-term relationships by gathering all guest information
- drive sales, overall store success by working towards reaching daily sales targets
- attend training and further development meetings
- execute weekly and daily merchandising flips that are results driven
- liaison and communicate with other departments on a daily basis
- ensure all proper signage is displayed and properly communicated to our guests
- asset protection is top of mind and you have all eyes on the floor
- maintain cleanliness within the store, including display cases, floor, glass and most importantly the jewelry
- effectively communicate bluboho’s mission and vision to your team and guests alike
- perform other duties as required

**qualifications**
- 1-2 years sales experience
- flexibility to work a retail schedule is a must, weekends and holidays
- work store-wide events and store inventory counts
- work efficiently as a team and independently
- strong planning and execution skills
- a strong sense of priority and attention to detail
- dedicated to high levels of a great guest experience
- ability to work in a fast paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with the ability to prioritize
