Grill Cook

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to recipes and customer orders
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Monitor food inventory and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely restocking
- Clean and maintain the grill area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Assist with catering events as needed, including setup, cooking, and serving

**Skills**:

- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar position. You should also have knowledge of food safety regulations and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail is essential, as well as excellent communication skills.

Contract length: 1-6 months
Part-time hours: 20-44 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
