Line Cook

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook food items on the Line according to recipes and customer orders
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Monitor food inventory and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely restocking
- Clean and maintain the line area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items on the grill according to recipes and customer orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the grill area, monitoring food inventory, and assisting with catering events.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as a Line cook or in a similar position. You should also have knowledge of food safety regulations and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail is essential, as well as excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 50 per week
