**Lead Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of 3-4 on event days and delegate tasks
- Responsibility to quality control others, uphold standards and execute recipes that have been provided
- Menu execution from start to finish for events
- Strong communication between both BOH and FOH
- Daily Inventory updates
- Kitchen Maintenance
- Responsible for timeline execution on event days
- Responsible for communicating to Supervisors any issues, ordering, maintenance, weekly expectations/daily expectations
- Train new employees (execute employee orientation)
- Understands brand representation on and off site
- Solves problems that arise and seizes control of issues in the kitchen.
- Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with other leads on heavy event days
- Ability to work independently at both our venues and off sites
- Be a strong leader on non event days
- Assist those who require skill building by helping them set goals for themselves

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE no if’s and’s, or but’s
- 3-4 Years of Culinary Experience
- Food Handlers
- First Aid is an asset
- WHMIS certified

**Job Description: CATERING COOK/PREP COOK**

**Catering/Prep Cook Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Follow instructions from team leads
- Execute basic recipes, and uphold standards
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Put away orders following FIFO and our organizational processes
- Work Clean and practice Safe Food Handling
- Understand brand representation on and offsite
- Prep for various events and venues, and allocate prep appropriately in the fridges
- Responsible for communicating any issues to team leads, or supervisors and seek guidance on how to resolve
- Must be able to EFFICIENTLY work by themselves and create time goals for executing tasks
