Administrator (Corporate Affairs and HR)

RothLochstonprovides industrial construction, maintenance, and manufacturing services to the energy, mining, and power generation industries throughout Canada. Our head office located in Paradise, NL, serves as a central location for all corporate services including marketing, communications, human resources, finance, IT, and quality. To ensure adequate support for our operations and to continue to drive growth for the organization, we are currently seeking an Administrator to work within our Corporate Affairs and HR department.

The Administrator will work within the Corporate Affairs and Human Resource department to support digital marketing, business development, community relations, employee engagement, and other general people and office administrative needs. With a focus on digital marketing content creation and execution, as well as developing presentations and marketing material for the various business units, the Administrator will assist in sourcing and planning corporate community events and help maintain various internal reward programs. This is an opportunity to gain experience in brand development, business development, and communications, to contribute to the development of a positive and innovative corporate culture.

Completion of post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, combined with 1-3 years of professional experience is preferred for this role. An individual who takes initiative, has a proactive attitude, and is creative and in-tune with the latest digital marketing trends. Experience utilizing graphic design software would be an asset, as well as knowledge of programs such as Canva and PowerPoint, Google analytics, and general website maintenance. A tech-savvy individual who embraces learning new systems and is resourceful, practical, and motivated to achieve a common goal.
