Assistant Supervisor

Good news Happy Face Nursery School is hiring and we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Supervisor to join our team

Guaranteed 30-40 hours/week - Monday to Friday.

Position: ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR, PERMANENT FULL-TIME

Location: Chesterville

Qualifications: Applicants must be Registered Early Childhood Educators and possess (or be willing to obtain) both a clear Criminal Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector Check) and current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification.

Qualities: The successful applicant will be an educator who has proven both their enthusiasm for early childhood education and ability to support the Site Supervisor with administrative tasks. This person will demonstrate initiative and leadership qualities in their daily practices and will show evidence of being an intentional and reflective RECE. The successful applicant is a life-long learner who is dedicated to professional development.

Experience: The applicant must show knowledge and understanding of the “How Does Learning Happen?” document and the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA).
