**Job Summary**: The Human Resources Business Partner collaborates with business leaders to understand organizational goals and objectives and provides strategic HR support to enhance overall business performance. This role serves as a liaison between management and employees, contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with business strategies. This position is on-site, 5 days a week.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business leaders to understand the organization's strategic goals and develop HR strategies that support them.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and contribute to and execute the full cycle recruitment and selection process.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement HR initiatives and attend global meetings as needed.
- Investigate and address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support talent development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and performance management.
- Assist in managing organizational change initiatives, providing guidance on communication, employee engagement, and transition strategies.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- Work with business leaders to assess current and future workforce needs.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent at the right time.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR specialists (e.g., compensation, benefits, talent acquisition) to deliver comprehensive HR services.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements***:Work Experience**:

- 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience

**Education**:

- A University or College Diploma, preferably in business specializing in Human Resources, or equivalent
- CHRP Designation considered an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Sitting in front of the computer for long periods of time
- Shared Office
- Minimal travel may be required
