**Job Summary:** Seeking a Superintendent II, Process to lead Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians and Industrial Electricians in maintenance work on surface and underground Mobile and electrical equipment.

As a Superintendent II, Process, you will lead a team of Heavy Duty Equipment Technicians and Industrial Electricians, supporting the execution of maintenance work on all surface and underground Mobile and electrical equipment. You will monitor, identify and implement opportunities to reduce variation in control processes and systems within your area of accountability.

  • Audit and analyze systems within the area(s) of accountability to achieve the following outputs:
    • Zero harm to employees, the business, the environment and the community,
    • Achieve/exceed production quality and quantity targets while maximizing economic resource recovery.
    • Achieve total product and unit cost, and capital expenditure targets.

You will work with the Occupational Safety Health Environment (OSHE) Committee to develop actions to improve safety, health and environmental performance. You will also develop weekly and monthly maintenance schedules and update schedules as required.

  • Monitor area maintenance performance, and asset integrity, to confirm that processes are in place to maintain the plant and equipment, sustain/build capability, and to achieve the targets outlined in the Execution plan.
  • Analyzes in-control Maintenance KPIs and identifies common causes of variation and develops action plans to make the necessary changes to correct the common cause - Working closely with reliability and Integrated planning superintendents.
  • Provide performance feedback to team members and coach and counsel employees on the standards of behavior, and take corrective action as required.

You will possess a post-secondary education or equal work experience of at minimum 8 Years of experience. Strong knowledge and experience with Heavy Duty Equipment Maintenance and or Electrical Maintenance is preferred.

  • Must have strong organization and time leadership skills.
  • High initiative and can self-direct to accomplish goals with minimum supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
