Job Title: Abbotsford Site Manager - Hope for Women

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

**Salary**: $50,000 - $60,000 Commensurate with experience.

Position Summary: Do you long to be employed in a career that really matters? The Hope for Women Pregnancy Center, an initiative of the charity Advokate Life & Education Services Society, is searching for an experienced and passionate individual for the Site Managers position in their Abbotsford, B.C. location.

The Abbotsford Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the Hope for
Women Pregnancy Services Centre in Abbotsford, BC. This includes managing client services and volunteers, as well as related resources, and assisting in other operational areas in order to fulfill or achieve
Advokate’s mission.

Preferred Education, Training & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in practical psychology, social services, counselling, or related field.
- Two years of counselling training and/or experience.
- Experience working or volunteering at a pregnancy care center.
- Experience working in a non-profit environment, preferably in a managerial role.

Major Responsibilities:

- Manage all client services, including counselling, at Abbotsford Hope for Women Pregnancy Center. This includes selecting and maintaining related supplies, and educational and referral resources, for both clients and volunteers.
- Provide direct client counselling services as needed.
- Recruit and manage volunteers to provide client services.
- Maintain working relationships with agencies, physicians, churches, organizations and government ministries for the purpose of referrals to clients.
- Recommend policies and procedures and ensure such are being followed.
- Maintain accurate statistics and records regarding all activities of responsibility within pregnancy center.
- Assist with managing two 24/7 texting lines.
- Assist with the execution of fundraising events.
- Represent Advokate and Hope for Women to community, religious, and other relevant organizations to broaden support base.
- Back-up site managers at other locations as needed.
- Write various reports as required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
