**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Edmonton region through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

**Customer Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products/services.

**Quota Achievement**: Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company's revenue.

**Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitors to identify opportunities and potential areas for improvement.

**Travel**: As part of this role, travel within the Edmonton region will be required to meet clients and participate in company events.

**Reporting and Analysis**: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets using our CRM software.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**: Prior experience in sales or customer service is an asset, but we also welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and excel in a sales role.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

**Customer-Centric**: A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.

**Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and an eagerness to take on new challenges.

**Self-Motivated**: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time efficiently.

**Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.

**Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license is required, as this role may involve some travel within the Edmonton region.

**Salary**: $37,846.84-$57,986.07 per year
