**THE ROLE**
Under the supervision of the Fitness and Sports Manager, the Supply Technician organizes sports stores activities and equipment purchases according to established policies and regulations. She/he places orders and tracks materials and supplies. She/he prepares reports for supervisor, as required. She/he maintains records of distribution accounts and obtains quotes for goods/products from suppliers and submits to supervisor for purchases.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Recreation Facility Management or a related field and some years of experience in a related field

OR

High school diploma AND several years of experience in a related field

OR

An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered

AND

Valid Driver’s License (Quebec)

Valid DND 404 Military Licence, (an asset)

Valid Forklift Operators certification (an asset)

**Experience**

In issuing sports equipment

In the preparation and maintenance of outdoor sports facilities

In equipment maintenance/scheduling

In loss prevention

In inventory control

In record keeping/invoicing

In event planning

**PSP**: Fitness, sports, recreation and health promotion programs are delivered by PSP on Bases, Wings and Units across Canada and in deployed operations. PSP delivers evidence-based programs, which contribute to the health and well-being of the military community and operational effectiveness of the CAF.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
