Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to perform tasks such as bulldozing, digging, building, and more. This is a vital role in our organization that requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of mechanical operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, skidsteers etc.
- Perform tasks including digging, grading, leveling, and moving materials
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to project specifications and timelines

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, cranes, backhoes, or farm machinery
- Commercial driving experience is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operations
- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or project plans

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operation and perform manual labor if necessary
