Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager develops and maintains relationships with customers by analyzing their needs and suggesting products that suit them. They constantly do research to develop his customer’s pipeline. Be an ambassador for health and safety.

They act as a carrier of the values of the organization. He performs all other related tasks, all in accordance with the internal procedures and rules of the organization.

**REQUIRED TASKS**

**1-** **Sales and customer service - 90%**

1. Suggest new suitable titles for clients to increase our market share within the client base.

2. Establish direct and regular contact with customers, follow up and take orders, or add to existing orders.

3. Plan the return of damaged or overdelivered merchandise and coordinate the necessary credits.

4. Inform and educate the customer on new products: propose certain products, promote regular sellers, big titles, advise the customer by being attentive to their needs.

5. Ensure customer satisfaction, ensure timely delivery and accuracy of orders. Provide courteous and professional customer service.

6. Coordinate shipments with the warehouse, according to various aspects such as release dates and location.

7. Achieve the Sales Target, set quarterly.

8. Provide a targeted clientele with consulting services in merchandising, employee training and in-store demonstrations.

9. Organize courtesy visits in person or virtually to present targeted games in person, as availability allows.

10. Maintain a watchful eye on market trends (new games, competition, trends) and transmit all information relevant to the development of the company.

**2-** **Management and events - 10%**

1. In collaboration with the marketing team, assist in the organization of promotional events such as tournaments, championships, demo game programs and events.

2. Participate in various promotional events (trade shows, conventions, launches, semi-annual inventory sales, etc.), some of which are held outside Canada.

3. Train new Account managers and answer their question by being a reference figure.

**ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE**

1. Hold a college diploma in a related field.

2. Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position in the field of product distribution or the sale of games in stores.

3. Be passionate about board games and have ease to learn new games.

4. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

5. Master the MS Office suite.
- Any relevant combination of education and experience will be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
