- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the office
- Coordinate and prioritize administrative tasks and projects

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed

- Proven experience as an Administration Manager or similar role
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Strong administrative skills, including knowledge of phone systems, Google Suite, and other office software
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Excellent customer support skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

- English, Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese (required)
