We’re searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Banff Lodging Co. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guest Experience: Interact with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure each dining experience is exceptional. Handle inquiries and special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Team Leadership: Open and close the restaurant, manage daily operations, and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service.
- Operational Excellence: Enforce liquor legislation, liaise with management to meet operational goals, and ensure a productive, enjoyable work environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health and safety policies, report hazards, and ensure all standards are met.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant is highly valued.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to excellence in service and product quality.
- Skills: Knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Pro Serve Certification. Strong communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
