- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers to provide updates on student performance and areas for improvement.
- Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and motivation.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, progress notes, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong background in classroom management and tutoring techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students and parents.
- Ability to build rapport with students and create a positive learning environment.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education are essential qualities for success in this role.
- Must be OCT Certified.
