Rviita Energy Tea is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production line. You will be responsible for packing orders, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and assisting with production line tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Packing**: Accurately and efficiently pack customer orders, ensuring all products are handled with care and meet quality standards.
- **Warehouse Maintenance**: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by regularly sweeping, disposing of trash, and arranging products and supplies in designated areas.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in tracking inventory levels, restocking shelves, and reporting any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
- **Production Line Assistance**: Support the production line by preparing materials, loading/unloading products, and performing quality checks on finished goods.
- **Shipping and Receiving**: Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, and storing products in appropriate locations. Prepare outgoing shipments according to company procedures.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to achieve daily goals and meet production and shipping deadlines.
- **Additional Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or related environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime if needed.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
