At N-able we are focused on helping MSPs achieve outcomes and realize value with every interaction. The Professional Services Consultant is a key role within the newly created Tech Services team. Through purchased service engagements the Tech Services Consultant will work with new and existing partners help reach their desired outcomes and accelerate time to value with our products. You will help evaluate partner needs, make recommendations based on best practices and firsthand experience, and carry-out product configurations, in lockstep with Partners, that support their business processes.
What You'll Do:
- Provide timely and efficient consulting, project management and process integration services to new and existing partners and helps them achieve their desired outcomes with our products.
- Performs installation and configuration of multiple products in the portfolio of N-able products.
- Offers consultative design and configuration best practices, provide detailed product walk-throughs and effectively educate new and existing partners on product functionality.
- Work with partners to assess requirements and build projects plans to achieve desired goals.
- Ensure the highest level of satisfaction in all engagements through follow-up, responsiveness, and clear and effective communication.
- Own and resolve technical issues that arise during the service engagement; ensure any barriers to success are eliminated in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain working knowledge and understanding of N-able products, how they are used and configured, the technologies associated with the products, the problems they solve and their value proposition.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-3 years of technical software implementation; experience in a technical customer-facing role driving projects and executing on deliverables in a SaaS environment.
- Previous technology consulting in a professional services organization, system administrator, or experience working within an MSP business in a technical capacity.
- Strong Windows Server/OS experience; Linux and Mac OS experience is desirable.
- Working knowledge of OS Patch Management solutions, methodologies, and deployment
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with networking and routing technologies and protocols
- Working knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Azure, AWS, M365
- Strong verbal and written communication and excellent presentation skills both internally and externally.
