**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Monday-Friday, 7 hours per day (4am-11pm) - Evening Shift**

**Vancouver area**

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Litter pick sidewalks, entries, stairs, and driveway ramp of any non-organic debris
- Removal of recycling and compost from 20+ residential floors in a high end high rise tower in downtown Vancouver
- Common space cleaning
- Clean and disinfect high contact touch points such as light switches and door handles
- Elevator cleaning, including tracks and panels
- Washroom cleaning
- Damp mop hard surfaced flooring
- Vacuum hallways, stairwells, and elevator floors
- Empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners
- Keep garbage room tidy
- Strict schedule to be followed regarding time when each duty should be completed

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Cleaning experience is preferable
- Organized and reliable
- Effective verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to deal with residents in a positive and professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
