Rexel Canada - Atlantic Division, a leader in the energy solutions & electrical distribution industry, is looking for an **Inside Sales Representative** located in our **Kentville **branch.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing of additional products. He/she is also responsible for preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs, offering product knowledge to customers and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales
- Processing orders, inquiries & quotations
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
- Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
- Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience is required.
- Good organizational skills
- Computer literacy - proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400
