**Handyman Maintenance**

**What does a building superintendent/maintenance do?**
- Maintenance requests on residents’ units;
- Small plumbing, small electrical, drywall patching, small carpentry, painting;
- Help on building upkeep;
- Unit inspections with management.

**Salary information: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour (Salary is dependent on experience and performance).**
- Previous experience is required and we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Ability on drywalling, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, carpentry._

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 24 months

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 4 years (required)

Work Location: In person
