Maintenance Handyman/woman

Maintenance worker/handyman needed.
Will work on a townhouse complex 2 times /week.
Work will be based on work orders (maintenance requests).
Must have knowledge in small plumbing, small electrical, handyman work, carpentry, painting, drywall patching, etc.
Will also be responsible for upkeep of office entrance area, bathroom and laundry area.
Reports to site manager and maintenance manager.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: $21.00-$23.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newmarket, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- building maintenance: 4 years (required)
- Building superintendent: 4 years (required)
