Help Desk Services is excited to offer a summer position for a student eager to contribute and learn from a dynamic work environment. As a summer student, your responsibilities may include:
Providing phone support to our e-business customers.
Thoroughly assessing our Help Desk knowledgebase inventory, developing a comprehensive standards and style guide, and taking charge of the creation and updates of articles to enhance user support.
Playing a key role in the evolution of the Help Desk training program by conducting an in-depth needs assessment, formalizing training objectives, designing a detailed training plan, and creating engaging content and materials for program participants.
Undertaking detailed ticket analysis to uncover common issues, which will lead to the prioritization of fixes, mitigation of severe system issues, and the development of targeted educational initiatives.

This role is not only about supporting the team but also about growing your professional skill set and leaving a lasting impact on the quality of our Help Desk Services.

**Qualifications**:
Current student of an undergraduate degree or diploma program, preferably in business or information management.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively develop training modules and knowledge articles.

**Salary**: $20 per hour, 36.25 hours per week
