Freedom Cannabis is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our cannabis cultivation and production facilities. This position requires a hands-on individual with experience in various maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, ideally within the cannabis industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within the facility.
- Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including doors, flooring, lighting, and ventilation systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the cultivation, production, and management teams to address maintenance needs.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
- Understanding of Priva system is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
