**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy**: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- **Customer Insights**: Conduct in-depth market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze user data to identify key trends, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
- **Product Roadmap**: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic objectives, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives.
- **Agile Development**: Drive the product development process from concept to launch, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
- **User Experience**: Champion the user experience by advocating for user-centric design principles and conducting usability testing to validate product concepts and iterate on designs.
- **Performance Tracking**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and release timelines to internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- 3+ years of product management experience in the software industry, preferably in SaaS or technology startups.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products from conception to launch.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Knowledge of club management or membership-based industries is a plus.
