**RESPONSIBIITIES**:

- Manage the Housing team at YOU with over twenty employees; ensuring programming and services meets the needs of youth in our community
- Work closely with community partners, funders and advisors to create awareness and support of services delivered through YOU’s housing programming
- Provide program and financial oversight for housing programming; following up as needed to achieve targets and budgets
- Set priorities and maintain service standards in accordance with funding agreements, legislative requirements and YOU strategic directions
- Oversee client case management systems that track service use and outcomes; providing analysis of results and recommending enhancements as needed
- Write funding reports and capture required data for reporting
- Collaborate with other YOU leaders as needed on programming, fund development and operational improvements including Human Resources, Information Technology and Services, and Facilities Management
- Provide YOU representation to relevant community networks, coalitions and events as required; deliver public presentations and conduct tours of YOU facilities
- Provide on-call support, including after-hour to support staff and serious occurrences

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of post-secondary education at a college or university level in a human relations or social services field or combined equivalent education and a minimum of 5 years related work experience
- A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and working with youth experiencing homelessness and community-based services is essential
- Experienced with budget management and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement framework
- Clear understanding of program models including Housing First for Youth, Housing Diversion, Youth in Transition Worker and Youth Wellness Hub
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meeting targets and deadlines and abilities to manage a variety of daily operations and special projects
- Demonstrated understanding of YOU’s wraparound approach and the diverse nature of programming to support youth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and case management systems: HIFIS, WebTracker
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License, a clean driving abstract and access to a reliable and insured vehicle
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet program and housing needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $31.73 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
