**Job Title**

Containerization Lead (Montreal hybrid) | Responsable principal, Conteneurisation (Montréal hybride)

L’équipe Informatisation et conteneurisation désire accroître ses capacités sur place ainsi que mettre en œuvre une stratégie de conteneurs multinuage. Vous serez responsable de produit technique du service de plateforme de conteneurs pour l’ensemble de Marchés des capitaux. Vous coordonnerez, élaborerez, dirigerez, présenterez et exécuterez des activités permettant d’assurer que les objectifs sont atteints dans les délais impartis, le tout en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de gestion de produit. De plus, vous agirez à titre de ressource régionale clé pour la croissance de notre effectif à Montréal.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Effectuer le bilan technique de la plateforme Kubernetes actuelle, suggérer des améliorations et des automatisations, et étendre les capacités au nuage public.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de gestion de produit à l’exécution de la feuille de route technique et au repérage continu des problèmes, des conflits et des risques éventuels.
- Analyser les problèmes, les atténuer et les signaler à l’échelon supérieur, selon le cas.
- Établir de solides relations de travail avec les équipes technologiques de la gamme de produits afin d’établir influence et incidence auprès de partenaires clés. Collaborer avec les différents groupes pour définir et concrétiser les livrables ; veiller à ce que les initiatives soient efficacement intégrées aux procédures et aux processus RBC.
- Fournir leadership, mentorat et conseils au personnel régional. Collaborer avec la direction locale et les responsables du recrutement pour repérer les talents dans les marchés locaux.

**Que vous faut-il pour réussir ?**

**Compétences essentielles**:

- Au moins sept ans d’expérience dans tous les aspects de la création et de l’optimisation de solutions infonuagiques et d’infrastructure essentielles au mandat d’une grande entreprise, notamment le rendement, l’extensibilité, la maintenabilité, le maintien des opérations et la reprise après sinistre.
- Expérience en automatisation à l’aide de solutions comme Ansible, Terraform, etc.
- Connaissance approfondie et expérience de la mise en œuvre de services de conteneurs Docker et Kubernetes sur place ainsi que dans Azure ou AWS.
- Solides aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite permettant d’établir des liens avec des employés de tous les niveaux de responsabilité et d’expliquer les solutions aux personnes techniques et non techniques.

- Expérience dans un environnement matriciel, comme une grande société ouverte.
- Capacité d’agir à titre d’intermédiaire entre les principaux décideurs, de faciliter la collaboration entre eux et de les influencer.
- Pensée stratégique et excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles pour collaborer entre les fonctions et les unités opérationnelles.

Comme vous serez appelé à communiquer fréquemment avec le personnel du Siège social à Toronto, vous devez être bilingue (français et anglais).
