**MISSION**

The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing supports provided through the live-in treatment services, and ensuring that services provided are person centered, focusing on the achievement of personal outcomes within the organization.

The Pod Group is partnering with this organization to place a resourceful, compassionate, and strategic individual to fulfill the role of the Clinical Manager.

**PRIORTIES**
- Management of day to day operations and provide direct service and support to individuals or clients.
- Ensure that person centered plans are developed and implemented for individuals receiving services.
- Participate in budget development in relevant areas through the establishment of priorities as they relate to residential service needs.
- Review quarterly financial results related to staffing, food and supplies, petty cash expenditures, training, maintenance, and replacements.
- Assist the Human Resources department with recruitment and selection.
- Provide support, leadership, coaching and mentoring to employees.
- Resolve conflict resolutions, implement respect for others and encourage opportunities for participation, contribution and growth.
- Adhere to workplace Occupational Health and Safety requirements, as well as related legislative requirements, to maintain a safe environment for individuals receiving supports.
- Monitor and ensure the completion of required documentation according to policy, procedure, and relevant legislation.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
**TALENTS & EXPERTISE**
- Post-Secondary education in Social Services or a related field.
- Current Standard First Aid, CPR and CPI certificate.
- A valid Ontario full (G) Driver’s Licence.
- Supervisory experience in a Not-for-profit, unionized environment is a strong asset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic planning, team building and facilitation skills.
- Change management experience is considered an asset.
- Flexible hours as needed, rotating on-call schedule.
