L’équipe Gestion des interactions cherche à pourvoir un poste de **chef, Stratégie d’acheminement**.

**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Être responsable de la stratégie d’acheminement pour jumeler la clientèle avec des spécialistes de la fidélisation, des ventes, du service et du recouvrement.
- Collaborer avec des spécialistes des données, de l’expérience client, de la planification de la capacité, de la gestion des revenus, du recouvrement et des équipes interfonctionnelles dans une optique d’acheminement afin d’offrir des avantages à la clientèle et à l’entreprise.
- Collaborer avec d’autres responsables pour définir ou faire évoluer la stratégie d’acheminement afin de confier les interactions avec la clientèle aux spécialistes possédant la meilleure combinaison de compétences.
- Développer les compétences ou les connaissances techniques des membres de l’équipe afin d’optimiser la transmission des interactions avec la clientèle aux spécialistes possédant la meilleure combinaison de compétences.
- Gérer, mesurer et surveiller la logique d’entreprise afin d’optimiser la prestation des interactions avec la clientèle aux spécialistes possédant la meilleure combinaison de compétences.
- Élaborer et tenir à jour des ensembles de données sur la segmentation de la clientèle, les revenus et les coûts opérationnels qui seront utilisés dans les analyses d’acheminement.
- Comprendre les problèmes liés à l’entreprise et les décomposer en exigences mesurables en matière de données ou de modélisation.
- Analyser des informations complexes, déterminer les tendances, fournir de l’information fondée sur l’analyse des données et mener des initiatives stratégiques afin que l’entreprise effectue des actions éclairées et améliore son rendement.
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des modèles prédictifs en utilisant des techniques et des outils évolués.
- Mettre en place la stratégie d’acheminement afin d’optimiser le jumelage clientèle-spécialiste favorisant un bon rendement du réacheminement.
- Élaborer des présentations à l’intention de la haute direction et fournir aux parties prenantes des faits et des informations cl
- s pour faciliter la prise de décision.

**Ce que vous apporterez à ce poste**:

- Passion manifeste pour l’amélioration de l’expérience client.

- Capacité démontrée à collaborer avec différentes unités fonctionnelles pour élaborer des stratégies qui optimisent les résultats opérationnels.
- Jugement et professionnalisme afin d’influencer les membres de la haute direction et nos partenaires dans leur prise de décision.
- Excellentes compétences en animation, aisance à préparer et à animer des réunions.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le secteur des télécommunications.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en gestion d’analyses ayant trait à un centre de contact client ou à d’autres domaines opérationnels.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience liée à la science des données.
- Au moins 1 an d’expérience dans la direction et le perfectionnement du personnel.
- Aptitude à travailler efficacement et de façon autonome à de nombreuses tâches simultanées au sein d’un environnement dynamique.
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et de la gestion du temps et grand souci du détail.
- Capacité à penser et à agir de façon stratégique.
- Excellentes compétences en codage à l’aide des langages informatiques tels que R/Python, SAS et Databricks SQL.
- Baccalauréat en informatique, en mathématiques, en ingénierie ou dans d’autres domaines connexes ou expérience pertinente.
